| Comments: I received a "neutral" because I returned the Remington 740. His description failed to tell of holes in the side of the receiver; stock cut with short LOP. On the refund check "Sherren" writes "Refund UNDER DURESS!" Accurate descriptions would give everyone less duress and stress!! |

| Comments: The description offered by this seller was not just inaccurate, it was completely false! This seller's description of his/her products cannot be trusted. I will never knowingly do business with this seller again. I would advise everyone else to be very very cautious. |

| Rebuttal: When notified of supposed condition of gun. Sent tag at my expense to have gun shipped back. They decided to keep the gun. Their description DOES NOT match the gun I shipped, but????? |

| Comments: Did not say that some of the parts had been sawed in half, receiver was tapped for hardware store bolts, stock cut out to fit them. Bought for parts and most are ruined. He never answered e-mails. |

| Rebuttal: I responded to his complaints and never heard back. The auction clearly stated that this was a junk stock and I never indicated that it was a parts gun. When you pay $55.00 for an Arisaka, what do you expect? Please check my other feedback and consider the source |
