| Comments: I was the winner of this auction on May 31st. The seller finally sent an email on June 4th. I sent emails on June 4th, 8th, and 11th. It appears to me that from his last feedback that there is a problem. This is not the way for people to be doing business on this site. BEWARE!!!!!!! |

| Rebuttal: I was out of town and when I returned they were performing cable "upgrades" in my area and I could not get online for a week. I received this individuals FFL but no money. When I got back on line , he informed me he would pay through Pay Pal. As of 6-18 no money has been deposited. |

| Comments: When I got the rifle, it was not in quite the cond. that I had hoped.(I'm not saying that it was mis-represented). I E-mailed him on the day I got it about it's return. I've heard nothing back. It's been 6 days. The number furnished with the gun has been disconnected. |

| Rebuttal: I e-mailed this individual the day I received his first e-mail. I informed him if he was unhappy for any reason , to return the gun. My phone has not been disconnected. My # is 541-389-4037. Feel free to call anytime. |

| Comments: I won the auction but the item was sold out from under me. Seller wrote ".. my associate took that gun by mistake to the Reno gun show and sold it." Seller then offered to substitute simular item but NOT for my winning bid amount. I feel its prudent to deal elsewhere. |

| Rebuttal: Unfortunately, when you buy and sell a lot of guns, there is the potential for this kind of dissaster.It was an honest mistake and short of offering to find another comparable item, I did not know what else could be done. I am truly sorry and especially sad that Norm is so unhappy with me. |
