| Comments: Seller put books in a U.S.P.S. Priority Flat Rate Envelope, then put that package in a manila envelope and mailed the package at Media rate. The Priority Flat Rate Envelopes are not given out free to be used as packing material. They require $4.90 postage. |

| Rebuttal: Followed the advice of a postal clerk when original envelope would not accommodate books, and he saw me pack it. Not sure how this negatively impacts the transaction. Or speed. |
