| Comments: I won a rifle from this seller. It was rated as EXCELLENT. He neglected to tell me the bore was shot-out and about like a sewer pipe! So now I have had it 3 weeks and he won't do anything about it. To me excellent is at least pretty darn good. To him, who knows? |

| Rebuttal: If the bore was as bad as bidder represents this would have been obvious upon receipt of the rifle. He had three days to inspect and return it if not satified. Instead he waited a couple of weeks, took the gun out to the range and then decided to return because he didn't get acceptable groups. |
