| Rebuttal: Our ad read "shipping $6 UPS ground shipping". There IS no ground shipping from Michigan to Alaska. Residents in Alaska and Hawaii who are not trying to pull a fast one are always aware of this shipping problem. This guy must live under a rock in Alaska. Had we wanted to pay what it cost to ship a couple boxes of ammo to Alaska, we would have been happy to ship it to him. He expected us to ship it to him illegally via the post office, we won't do that. |

| Rebuttal: Item received was exactly like the picture. He expected Leupold scope quality for $10?? He did not ask for a replacement, he just stated that he glued the part back on. What were we supposed to do that that information?? |
