| Comments: FRAUDULENT SELLER, DO NOT BUY FROM HIM.! Sold the gun "AS IS" but listed condition as "NRA Excellent" and didn't disclose the drilled and tapped barrel with big scratches. I asked for return & refund but he hasn't responded. With the defects it's no longer collectible, it's just a "shooter". |

| Rebuttal: This gun has been paid for. I was late because I had surgery that week and I forgot to send the check. I contacted the seller and paid him for this gun. The gun is being sent to my FFL now. Please reverse negative feed back please. |
