| Comments: Gun was returned for a full refund, however, claims gun was rusted (?) and was missing parts that were definately on it when originally shipped. Hope you enjoy the free parts! BLOCKED!!! |

| Rebuttal: Seller mis-states the true telephone conversation. As I always do, I took digital photos immediately upon unpacking the firearm and called him to ask to return it because various parts of the gun were pitted and parts were missing. I did return it but he took 8 weeks to send refund. |

| Comments: elkgetterwants to return the firearm. He says tang bolt missing that is not true. He says gun is not original Thats correct. That is what I told him on the phone before I shipped the gun. Tried to make an arrangement for return. No contact from him sense then. |

| Rebuttal: Seller's comments simply are not true. When received, I took digital photos of gun when it was unpacked and offered to e-mail them to seller. He said he couldn't receive and view them. I politely asked to return gun and he refused to accept it even though he guaranteed a 3-day inspection. |
