| Comments: Very nit picky buyer! Claimed there were all sorts of damage to the gun that wasn't described. I offered a full refund and fulfilled all that is required by Auction Arms TOS. Apparently that wasn't good enough, he wanted me to pay for the FFL & misc fees on his end too. Some people can't be pleased! |

| Rebuttal: If anybody would like to see pics of me being "nit picky" please send me an email emmerth1@yahoo.com. If he would have disclosed the damage in the auction, I certainly would not have wasted my money. Buyer beware! |
