| Comments: Sorry, don't like to leave negative feedback but we have waited for a month for this customer, said they sent payment, never received. called one last time said they had no idea what we were talking about and said for us to call another number even though we have called this # two other times. |

| Rebuttal: My elderly mother answered the phone! She has early stages of dementia! Payment sent by the post office, with postal money order last week. You should have already received payment! |
