| Comments: Paymt. thru USPS "priority" mail took a week+. Gun rusted/binding internaly badly.Time spent to make this shotgun- safe/operational,properly lubed was excessive for the premium $$$ i paid for it.Reported problem,they said 100% customer satisfaction was their goal,but no rebate nor reslove offered... |

| Rebuttal: Unfornatly I just noticed this neutral comment. I'm very sorry about the problem, we do have a 100% quarantee policy and I was waiting to hear what the customer wanted to do. Sorry I guess we had bad communicatons |
