| Comments: This individual is lucky. My first feedback was longer than 300 characters. Item not as described. Listed as excellent. Far from it. My advice follow buyers rules. I did not, the only reason I did not return item. Further it says I have not paid or provided FFL. That was done within minutes. |

| Comments: HE WAS THE WINNING BIDDER, THEN SENT EMAIL STATING THAT HE ONLY ACCEPTS SHIPMENTS FROM FFL. THERE WAS A QUESTION POSTED ON THE AUCTION ABOUT THIS AND I REPLIED THAT I WAS NOT AN FFL. HE BID ANYWAY WITHOUT ASKING IF I WAS WILLING TO SHIP THROUGH AN FFL. NOW HE DOESN'T WANT THE GUN. |

| Comments: As a C&R license holder, he should not have bid on our Star 9MM handgun, when he knew full well that it could not be legally sent to him in Massachusetts. This is absolutely inexcusable behavior for someone with a federal C&R lic. |
