| Comments: very good communication from Ryan, but the support staff is lacking, ittook over 2 days to hand him my fax FFL, and almost 2 weeks to ship 1 item after payment and FFL rcpt. Reputable company but, dont be in a hurry. Item is great. |

| Comments: Item was not in great condition and had a large nick in the handguard. Seller also charged more for shipping then what he had listed. SHipping was fast and maybe in 10 years I won't be so upset with the nick but as of now I will not buy from SARCO again. |

| Rebuttal: i was never contacted about this issue. if i was, we could have fixed the problem or taken the gun back with full refund. If there was a problem with shipping let me know and i would refund anything that was an over charge. If i don't know i can't fix it. My pictures show all angles of the guns. |

| Comments: Felt communication was quite poor on sellers end. Took almost 2 weeks to make payment. Only one person could take payment and he was either gone or busy. Two email responses from seller informed me to just "be patient". I either called or emailed once a day not both trying to make a payment. |

| Rebuttal: My response could have been sooner. I am only part-time and volume of gun sales have been through the roof. Noticed no mention of the rifle, so I guess that was okay. |
