| Comments: After an unjustified delay in shipping on the seller's part, the carbine arrived with a gunlock, and no key. The seller included a note saying, "Sorry, I thought the key was in the box, but I couldn't find it. You'll 'probably' be able to get the lock removed." Probably. |

| Rebuttal: This is totally unjustified, and completely instigated by the FFL Dealer the firearm was sent to. Please feel free to contact me at boxw@ispwest.com and I will send you all emails concerning the underhanded methods used by this dealer. As well, AA Management is looking into this matter. Thanks |
