| Comments: SORRY I DO NOT LIKE GIVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BUT HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS PERSON AFTER REPEATED E MAILS AND PHONE CALLS TO HIS FATHER OVER 17 DAYS. LAST CALL TO THEM HEARD SOMEONE IN BACKGROUND SAY HANG UP TO HIS DAD. ALSO WAS PLAYING THE CAN'T HEAR YOU GAME TILL I SAID GOODBYE AND HE HUNG UP. |

| Rebuttal: Am military and was sent on short notice deployment. In location I simply did not have the means for adequate transaction or communication. I of-course take full responsibility for this unfortunate situation. I did call Willie TA and apologize for the way that things occured. Thanks,Sean Kurtz |
