| Comments: I received the pistol in a timely manner. I don't feel the pistol was described accurately Holster wear on left side of slide, fine scratches, dings and punch marks on frame and slide. If the pistol was as described in auction, it would have been a good buy. Riped off. |

| Comments: Condition grossly misrepresented. Offered refund but refused to pay return shipping on his misrepresented auction. I have relisted rifle with honest description and photos, item #8319215, see if you think this gun is Excellent,as New Condition as this seller listed it, with 2 photos that look good?? |

| Rebuttal: Rifle was probably not as good as I thought nor as bad as he did. I offered to pay shipping one way if he wanted to return it. This was not acceptable. Frankly, sanctimonious whining is not becoming to a grown man. Suspect a large element of buyer's remorse. |
