| Comments: I won a bid for a Ruger 30-06 rifle. (Note: This was a reserve bid and the bid was not met.) I knew this and understood if the seller did not want to sell the rifle. I did not expect the rude email message saying I did not win the auction and there was nothing to handle between the dealer and the buyer. If the reserve was 399.00 start bidding at 375.00 ... or something reasonable at least |

| Comments: I bid on an item I had been watching for several days in the auction, I bid on it the last day the item was active. I was the high bidder and was anticipateing adding a nice .280 to my hunting arms collection. When I contacted shugun I was informed that he had already sold the firearm. The least he could have done was to cancelled the auction and notify the bidders that he had withdrawn the piece from open auction, or a statement to the affect that the reserve was not met and the piece withdrawn. How many negatives are allowed before the auction wont accept a sellers sale items. Ashowin |

| Comments: I purchased what I beleived to be Original Ruger M77's in 7.62.39 and they turned out to be the currently available M77's which Davidsons has numbering in the 100's. Upon receipt,they were called and I requested to send them back same day.THEY said NO. Dealer and Retailers BEWARE of This. Due to sending them ceritiied funds I am stuck selling them at a much higher rate than I would charge My customers !!! All my customers get a 3 Day as do most other Dealers. |

| Comments: I was the high bidder on rifle #2912660 today 3-31-99. I contacted him by e-mail to see if my bid for $321.00 had been accepted. It did'nt meat the seller's reserve, but I still did'nt receive an answer.I sent another e-mail latter this evening, and still did'nt receive an answer. Please find a way to resolve such issue's.
