| Comments: Paid cash for the item since he said in email 'Cash wrapped in paper works too' when asked about method of payment. Item small enough so thought he wouldn't try to screw me. Payment mailed 18 days ago (2/4) and email sent 5 days ago (2/17) without any response. Item has been relisted. |

| Rebuttal: I was in the hospital from 2/4/13 until 3/5/13. His item has been shipped. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but it was impossible to get access to a computer. |

| Comments: The mould I received was not a Hensley Gibbs mould as was described in his ad. I sent a email and got no response from the seller. Guess I should have know that it was too good a deal to be true. |

| Comments: i sent him a chk for $7.50(price of item), after approx 5-7 days i phoned seller and asked him did he rec chk an had he mailed the item,he stated "im not sure, i have so many auctions,ill have to call you back and let you know if i rec the payment". buyer never called me, think we both had a b-fart. |

| Rebuttal: I'd like to see the cancelled check. If he produces one, then I'll retract the negative feedback. I held the item almost two months and sent numberous reminder emails and none were answered. After the posting, he phoned and he said he would send in the payment if I removed the feedback. |

| Comments: I feel the photo is misleading, the box in the picture says there are two discs for the receiver sight and there are not. The box I received is different and in lesser condition. The seller says he sometimes uses picture that are not of the actual item being sold. The sight was excellent. |

| Rebuttal: He received the sight exactly as pictured. In new condition, I sold him the sight, not the box. The box he received was the earlier orange type. He bought a sight worth $65 or more and only paid $20 for it. |
