| Comments: He won auction on 8/21 - here it is, 10/7 and I still haven't received payment. I did receive several weeks of promises. His last e-mail to me was on 9/20 and he indicated he would be updating me the following day. Haven't heard a word in 17 days. He has not responded to my e-mails. |

| Rebuttal: I was in transit, moving and was out of contact for a while. Bought the gun, plus one more from this gentleman. Great guy to deal with! Sorry it happened. |
