| Comments: This transfer has been very frustrating. The buyer made quick payment and send the FFL quickly. However, they did not send a CFD (required in CA for C&R handguns). It's been over 6 weeks now and they hadn't communicated in a month. We are going to be forced to refund and relist this item. |
