| Comments: Auction closed May 23rd. Customer called and decided gun was not what he wanted. Have had several smooth transactions with this customer and will continue to do business with him-no choice but to relist with a negative for relist credit. |

| Rebuttal: This 1903 remington/md 12a/22lr/slide action was covered in rust,they called developing brown patina.Stock bad They stated estimated blue book value $925.00The highest value I could find was around $275 in good condition. A very good Company, considerate,polite ,a pleasure to do business with !! |

| Comments: This buyer spent days saying he only would pay by credit card. I signed up for gun pal. Then he wanted more pictures, then he wanted to know how he knew it was nice. then he cancelled. I would not recommend this buyer to anyone. Very bad experience. Very disappointed 5 days were wasted. |
