Contacted seller and threatened to contact Auction Arms-recvd an apology and agreed partial refund with a lame excuse she used old posting. Now I see the same item listed as before. | Comments: BigHunter sent the wrong laser. The Laser appeared to be used. I was charged $20 shipping, but shipping was $5.60. I paid $99 $79 + $20 shipping. BigHunter only returned $71.00. BigHunter's explanation: $99.00- $20.00(S&H fee) - $5.00 (Gun auction sale fee) -$3.00 (paypal fee) =$71.00. REALLY? |

| Rebuttal: BigHunter did not send wrong Laser, captain2008 bid on wrong Laser, sorry. The Auction description for this product clearly stated "Shipping Fee is Not Refundable". If you don't agree with my auction's terms (shipping fee) do not bid on my Penny Auctions. |

And now hes emailing me and demanding to be paid today by paypal! I havent went past my 3 days that Im allowed by the rules and this guys all over me. Never again! |

| Rebuttal: Hey, I don't force anybody to pay by Credit Card including you. My invoice and auction descriptions have two payment options: by Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal or by mail (Checks, Money Orders/Cashier's Checks). If you sent me the Money Order you used my mail payment option, so what is your problem? |
