| Comments: Randy Miller is a deadbeat. He did not respond to the invoice or email messages. Calling him over 3 weeks after the auction he made excuses and said he would call to make arrangements. He never did. I called 6 days later and got v.m.. Left msg and got no response. |

| Rebuttal: the excuses were that i was in the hospital with a broken hip i fel 2 days after item closing nd didnt get outtill 3 week later. when did get out i had a large bill to the hospital and couldnt pay for auction . im sorry it worked out that way but there wasnt much i could do |

| Comments: Would not give me, or his dealer email addresses, could not ship without FFL. Wanted his item, or money back after 3 weeks, so I knew he changed his mind and did not want the item. Finally was able to ship the item. Removed him from my auctions. |

| Rebuttal: sent him ffl info several times he sid he wouldnt contact ffl said he doesnt do that. finally after a coupla months i threatende him with atf contact then and only then did he get hold of my ffl |
