| Comments: I was the high bidder on the auction, but he renigged and said he had sold it the night before through GunaAmerica. He had "tried to cancel the auction" (he couldn't because someone had placed a bid on it but he sold it anyway). Said he oftens puts a gun in two places for sale. |

| Rebuttal: We try to please everyone, this is impossible,when guns are sold we try to immediately stop any ad or auction. This customer has been rude and childish. Due to this we will no longer list any "store" guns. This customer has been blocked from ever purchasing from us. |
