| Comments: SLOW! Took over a month to receive and grips are gouged etc. yet advertised as excellent. Supposed to get holster for my wait and it's over 3 months and still waiting... Seller is too busy to complete sale professionally! |

| Rebuttal: Transaction was slow on my end,should have been faster, but I stayed in communication. He never complained about grips or pistol. Never asked for refund. Sent $65.00 Galco holster and he claims he never got it. E-mailed him several times, no response. First time the mail hasn't worked for me. |

| Comments: I won the auction on "J.B.Books" derringer at $190.00, but after finaly reaching him three days later, he e-mailed that the total would be $230.00. I called him and asked him if he didn't think $40.00 to ship (from Oklahoma to Alabama) wasn't too high. He informed me that, quote: "basicaly thats the deal, take or leave it." I LEFT IT. I DON'T LIKE GETTING GOUGED AFTER THE DEAL. I have never backed out of a deal before (check my feedback), but I won't be taken to the cleaners. I do not recommend dealing with this man. |

| Rebuttal: First of all, nobody was gouged. I am a private individual, and have to have a gun shipped from a licensed dealer to a licensed dealer. UPS charges $35.00 and the dealer charges $5.00. This yo-yo didn't come up with an alternative. The price on the gun including the shipping was way below any other similar weapons offered. None of us are here to give guns away are we? |
