| Comments: My second auction on Auction arms and I get this crook. Sent check, check cashed , no merchandise in the mail. I'm contacting the B.A.T.F.,the postal authorities and his local police deptartment to report this fraud. Hope every body does the same. |

| Comments: I bought a gun from Mike about 20 days ago. He received payment3 days later by Pay Pal. I E-mailed the FFL # with the hard copy following next day. Mike says he is having trouble with E-mail. Mike doesn't respond, I don't know what is going on. All I want to know is, "Where is the gun I paid for?" |

| Rebuttal: He did pay as described and he did email a copy of the FFL. But the ATF requires a signed hard copy. He was slow to get it to me so, there was a delay. |

| Rebuttal: Tried to scam me twice.Accused me of not shipping his items when he had not even paid.When he did pay shorted shipping charges.Now claims he never received his item.I think the past well reflects his intentions.He was given a refund less shipping and PayPal fee. |

| Rebuttal: This guy has received 2 shipments and still leaves Negative feedback. The first time could be on the USPS but two times? Maybe looking for "something for nothing"? Or maybe he has more than one buddy wanting a set of grips? |

| Comments: I mailed a check the day the auction ended. Check cleared and he still waited close to 2 weeks before sending the barrell. He claims to have returned email, but didn't and I left a message on his phone that he didn't return. Probably won't deal with him again |

| Rebuttal: He has described the situation reasonably well. He left out a couple things though. He sent a personal check. The address he wanted me to ship to was different than the one on the check. The check was also over $100. I held the order 7 business days. |

| Rebuttal: The name says it all...A "wantabe cop" He is a liar and you can check auction #1558257 and see his exageration as to the close date. He was notified by email with all info including a Telephone#. He gives the good folks here at AA a bad name. |
