| Comments: Seller advertised new grips. I got them in a zip-lock bag w/ nicks in the rubber & wear marks on the inside. They're in decent shape but obviously not new. He also charged $8 to ship grips. He's willing to exchange them if I pay the high shipping again - no thanks. I'll quit while behind! |

| Rebuttal: The buyer was not happy with the grips and he did not want to exchange them for another set. He recieved new grips from the same lot I sold other customers. To date, he is the only dissatisfied customer and he refused to send them back for exchange. |
