| Comments: LIED IN DESCRIPTION! Posted as Factory New, This Mag was used and broken, had a round jammed in it. Worked the round out and the mag wont work. Seller offered, I could send back for refund minus my shipping cost to get it to me and the cost to send it back to him. Not fair he lies, I pay. RUN AWAY! |

| Comments: Have e-mailed and left 3 messages on gun auction. No answer for any of it. But of course why should he. I mailed a check about month ago and have gotten no brass, no communication and no refund. Just a flake it looks like. |

| Comments: Seller shipped LIVE ammo & bullets via USPS, very illegal. Heavy ammo in Priority box which fell apart @ Des Moines facility. USPS called me & said LIVE ammo cannot be sent & has 2 be picked up. Contacted seller & agreed to send me $85 for gas. Waited 2 weeks, no funds. Seller is crooked and a liar! |

| Comments: The items pictured in the auction were nothing like the condition of those received. Deformed tips, flat spots etc. not as described also. Since the seller was so deceptive I feel that if I returned the bullets I might not receive a refund. I asked the seller to refund me before I return; no reply. |
