| Comments: If you win an auction you only get the gun if he likes your price I won a no reserve auction and was told he can't sell for that price. Then tells me the gun was sold in store the same day that I won the auction. You can bid and win, but like I said, good luck getting your merchandise. |

| Comments: I contacted seller immediately after the auction, and the POS scumbag advised that the auction was "cancelled". I asked why but he refused to respond. After looking at his other feedback, seems like he's running reserve auctions without telling anybody. I will be reporting him. Avoid this seller!!! |

| Comments: "Factory New" gun and got one that has signs of use (brass marks inside slide, on face of firing pin, powder inside barrel and slide, feed ramp with powder" I talked to Steve but he did not believe it had been fired as he stated he sells new guns. Return would only cost me more, be warned. |

| Rebuttal: TOTAL LIE I only sell new firearms not second hand. Asked him to send gun back to cheap to pay 20.00 shipping and told him I would send another one with free shipping. He only paid 242.00 for a taurus 809 really.Next time buy from a company instead of purchasing from another dealer ruins the market. |

| Comments: Steve contacted me after the sell had closed and I won the bid for 250 rds of Remington 9mm ammo for $35 and $16 shipping. The auction had NO reserve bid on it. He stated that the sell was canceled. Sent me another email today saying that his wife had already sold the ammo. Makes me wonder LOL. |
