| Rebuttal: Sent cashiers check as demanded. Lost in mail. Told seller I would have to seek refund and would send out new check. Obviously he couldn't wait. I guess seller is perfect and the rest of us just don't measure up. |

| Comments: Seller misrepresented the condition of the rifle. Seller would not honor the Auction Arms 3-day inspection policy. BEWARE THIS SELLER - he is certainly the most devious/dishonest person I have ever dealt with here and on other sites. |

| Rebuttal: It was bound to happen. This guy starts stripping parts from the gun and admits it.A new crack in the wrist. I told him if you don't like the rifle send it back but if you take it apart, you own it. I even offered a refund less the reduced value. Not good enough. Oh well, life goes on. |
