| Rebuttal: I screwed up. I'm in the Army and was on TDY (at Fort Hunter Ligget in CA). I wasn't able to get payment out. MY BAD. Sorry, I can't fix it. |

| Comments: Sold on 1st for $50&$25 S&H.=$75.,recieved $65.00,recieved email on 8th saying payment in route.No payment by 17th told buyer that neg feedback would be left on the 18th(first payment took 4 days)recieved another email payment in route.Still no payment by 22nd.and I have all emails to verify. |

| Rebuttal: You were paid,I have proof. I even included the "extra" shipping that you wanted. Then, I was threatened that if I didn't give you MORE money that a negative posting would be placed on my account. He got his money and still posted a negative anyway. Worst of all I haven't recieved my money back. |

| Rebuttal: This wasn't really a fair FeedBack: I gave the FFL holder payment and depended on him to ship the info to Anchorage, AK. HOWEVER, he didn't and, I was penalized for it. The payment was TWO days late, I guess I'm suppose to be able to control the actions of the FFL holder and, the Postal Service. |
