| Comments: IT'S BEEN 30 DAYS WITH NO PAYMENT. NO REPLY TO SECOND NOTICE. CALL HIS NUMBER AND SOME GENT SAID HE WAS NOT THERE CALL BACK IN TWO HOURS. CALL BACK AND NO ONE PICKED UP??? WE ARE SORRY WE NEEDED TO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEED BACK TO RECOVER OUR LOSSES AND RELISTING FEES. BLOCKED ANY NEW BIDDING TO BE SAFE. |

| Rebuttal: So sorry you feel I need to be blocked.The gun was only 175.00 did you ever stop to think maybe something happened?I had to have emergency surgery almost died and spent 16 days in the hospital.If you look ay my feedback 30 positive know 3 neg cant please all.sorry was sick your big relist fee of $5 |

| Rebuttal: I called 3 times and responded to the first email sent. I have only had 7 days since the auction closed, I am guessing these guys expect overnight payment? The auction says nothing about paying in less than a full work week??? I will not be bidding on anything else. Real Idiots is all I can say!!! |

| Rebuttal: The auction this seller is leaving ME negative feedback for closed on 12/16/12 about 2 months ago?? I tried calling and emailing several times with no response, even sent FFL. why would anyone wait so long to respond? Look at my feedback, I pay for my obligations. Don't know what he is doing??????? |
