| Comments: I sent quick payment for factory new condition, received rifle, bluing wear, serial #s were etched on replacement parts of bolt & firing pin release, he offered refund if returned in exact condition, I did't receive in exact condition and had lost any trust in this guy. BEWARE! |

| Rebuttal: This gentleman was offered a full refund. After making false claims, he tried to extort $100.00 back from sale to be a satisfied customer, then chose to keep rifle. Here is a copy of a portion of the email from him: "I would be a happy customer with a $100.00 refund." You be the judge! |
