| Comments: Auction ended on 5/5/09 today is 6/12/09. I have sent three invoices this bidder does not respond. All this would have taken is a response from him. As of now he is a non responsive non paying bidder. I am forced to give a negative by AA. in order to get my fees back. |

| Rebuttal: I never recieved any emails on this item and not even a returned call from auctionarms when I called and left a massage . |

| Rebuttal: I mailed payment on the 9-11-07 . Now he says he never recieved it. I have now lost my payment and got a negative on top of that. |
