| Comments: Due to the rude, arrogant nature of the communications I and my FFL transfer agent had from this individual I chose to not conclude this deal. Maybe he was having a bad week but in all my transactions on several sites I was never treated with such know-it-all arrogance. |

Also hit the link on the relist auction #9551183 and see what a pleasant difference between a good buyer and a jerk. I guess if pointing out the law makes me a "know it all", then so be it... |

| Rebuttal: He took issue with the positive feedback I gave him, claims it wasn't positive enough! I never advertised the gun with rings, he got exactly what was advertised, never returned it. I have his emails too, he is not exactly a gentleman... |

| Rebuttal: I did not see micro crack before he pointed out,an honest mistake,needed looking glass to see it! He did not email me upon return and I can prove it.Threatened me with a lawsuit,happy to share email.I refunded fully.Bottom line,he failed to follow AA protocol on returns... |
