| Rebuttal: Talked with Mr. Cecil about the "negative" rating..and he was terribly sorry that he clicked the wrong box. Thought he was clicking on Positive. I emailed him to see what was the problem as soon as the NEG showed up...that's our policy...find out what is the problem and FIX it. Daryll. |
