| Comments: Again everything went well fast shipping, good correspondence, except the gun was not NRA excellent as stated, stock had been altered and bluing was very thin, gun should have been rated no more than very good. |

| Rebuttal: Sorry about the difference of opinion in rating the guns. Offered to refund completely or partially...buyer chose to keep the guns. We will try to be more careful and give better descriptions in the future. |

| Rebuttal: Same buyer as above. Hopefully, with more experience on my part, we won't have this type of "rating" problem in the future. The "bluing" thing is pretty clear...the "wood" rating is still confusing to me. Hey, all we can do is stand by our guarantee...if you're not happy...send it back. |
