| Comments: Won't sell the pistol. Had the pistol listed in auctionarms.com and gunsamerica.com at the same time. Refused to use escrow service. Refused to provide ffl from his end as my ffl requires. Refused to provide phone number to verify arrangements. |

| Rebuttal: After jim_lemay bid on my pistol at auction, he contacted me and demanded that I pay the local FFL's transfer fee and half the escrow fee. I pointed out these weren't "my" terms when I put the pistol up for auction. Needless to say this made him quite angry and he started threating me. |
