| Comments: Weak communication-didn't notify me when he received pmt. after saying he would. Gun had a defect that was not in description: barrel latch of a top break revolver was not in alignment and would not latch without considerable effort. I had to fix it in a vice. Once fixed, was worth keeping though. |

| Comments: this gun was received in a fed-x carton that was torn and battered, . for a shipping fee of $25. we must be able to do better than this. the front sight was so fatigued it just fell off; .you state its all subjective TWO ITEMS SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHIPPED THE GUN AND A COPY OF FFL; ONE WAS MISSING. |

| Rebuttal: I can't help what UPS does. My packing has been approved by UPS Home Office. This guy never called, or wrote about a problem. I would have helped, as all damage is insured. |

| Comments: Received rifle ok but the butt of the rifle was partly sticking out of a three inch hole in the corner of the box. Also looked as if some sanding had been done on the receiver and barrel as if there was some surface rust had been on it. After all is said and done I would likely do it again. |

| Rebuttal: UPS is tough on shipping boxes. My boxes and methods of shipping have been approved by UPS. I sent one of my boxes to them and they said that the box more than passed their specifications. |

| Comments: I had the same experience as estrella.Rifle fell out of box in driveway when UPS delivered it.No wrap or packaging inside box,Slightly damaged.Bought rifle at a good price though.Would probably buy again. |

| Rebuttal: This comes from a good man! I did ship the wrong gun. He bought it and then bought the right one too -- for a reduced price because of the mix-up. This is a reasonable client, and I would like to have 10,000 more just like him. I did apologze to him and I did make amends, which he forgot to mention. |

| Comments: I don't know that I would do business with this person again. My e-mail to him, "I received the rifle today and am very disappointed. The rifle was just thrown into a triangular box and was falling out of the box when I received it. You took no care whatsoever to protect the rifle." |

| Rebuttal: Some people you cannot please. Gun was OK, he kept it, price was great, gun arrived safely, but he didn't like the box? I have shipped 1000s of guns in same kind of box and this is the first complaint! You can't please them all. I hope to aviod this kind of guy in the future. |
