| Comments: Product was packaged improperly causing damage.I was not refunded the initial shipping nor the shipping for the return. I should have been since it was their fault. |

| Rebuttal: This package was packed with the same care I always use. Our return policy has already been stated and I'm not so sure the item wasn't broken AFTER it arrived at it's destination. The missing chunk of wood is just that - missing. |

| Comments: Product not as disclosed, seller failed to state proper condition of goods. Seller refuses to make right with out further cost to me. I recommend not doing business with this individual. Take your chances. |

| Rebuttal: Apparently, there was a screw missing or something. Our return policy is customer pays return shipping and as soon as we receive the merchandise back we refund his bid. This option was offered and refused. This is the only customer who has ever found this not to his liking. |
