| Comments: Wow, a few months have passed and it looks like i am out a couple hundred dollars in cartridges. This seller had such good feedback in the past, what happened??? If you could at least communicate what the problem is i could cut you some slack. Jail? Fire? Drugs? Divorce? WTF? |

| Rebuttal: Due to personal problems, I was unavailable and the items were not shipped in a timely manner - but were, if UPS is to be believed, delivered. Seven years of all positive feedback should speak to my normal business practices. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer requested additional items & upon discounted quotation made ludicrous counter offer. Pymt address sent but seemingly not received. Personal issues prevented further follow-up, but absent his effort to extract an even steeper, absurd, discount, this would not have been an issue. |
