| Rebuttal: Never posted any negative feedback for this dealer but.....he posts "Thanks Alot" 2x for writer. Thanks for what????? Cannot buy guns without invoices or the gun itself!!!!! Whatever you received for the gun was not enough to insult my integrity!!! |

| Rebuttal: Sorry but I bid on the gun and you had sold it to someone else!! No invoice and second time it has happened. I had already had FFL forward all info and you said you received it but .....no gun. |

| Comments: Well--You would think some one who is a Doctor could read before he bids.Unfortunately,that is not the case.He bids my rifle up to the end of the auction and then says "Your shipping fees are to high".Then he says "It is not a good deal".So--he decides not to pay me for his mistake. |

| Rebuttal: The facts :he was told that Fed Ex was NOT acceptable. We offered our UPS # and was told he would not ship to us. Also, get credit card acceptance like other legitimate sellers. Sellers fees: most other shippers can ship 2x for what he charges ($40.00). I will not buy or bid on any of his guns |
