| Rebuttal: Have no idea what he is talking about. He did send his Money Order promptly, but had to wait several days for his transfer agent to send the FFL on his end. The FFL arrived several days later and I shipped the item the next day. I surely cannot ship a pistol without an FFL dealer to ship to. |

| Comments: The deal went OK, but got a less expensive rifle(WASR10) for the same price as is being paid for better AK47's. Seller left out model discription in the auction details. |

| Rebuttal: The Romanian AK was described just as advertised by the wholesaler. I thought the price was very fair. There are more expenive ones available. but I advertised this one just as it is. I offered a refund to the buyer less S&H and auction fees. |
