| Comments: Was told after auction, shipping was to be COD. Not stated during auction. I requested seller not ship COD & added $12.00 for shipping. Seller did not answer and shipped COD causing trouble here. Final shipping-$36.00. Seller did'nt communicate well. Gun was nice but would not bid if I had known. |

| Rebuttal: My first few auctions I did ship COD. I have since changed to accepting Money Orders or Cashiers Checks only. Firearms have to be sent Next Day Air by UPS, so the shipping was $36 instead of the $12 the buyer offered to pay for ground shipping. |
