| Comments: This feedback is posted regarding the transaction for "OhioGunslinger" who purchased the Colt Delta Elite 10mm from Colt1911. As the FFL Dealer who handled the ORIGINAL SALE of the NEW firearm as well as the outgoing transfer, I must comment that the pistol is indeed unfired and AS NEW. |

| Comments: After a small snafu delaying shipping, the pistol came and was in excellent, almost new 99.9% condition. Excellent seller to deal with. Although advertised as unfired, there was fouling in the barrel and wear on the breach face indicating a few rounds have been fired through it. |

| Rebuttal: I have had this gun since new and It is absolutly unfired! I will be more than happy to refund the money and take it back. I dont know if colt test fires guns but I can assure you I never did. |
