| Rebuttal: I sell thousands of guns a year and can not fire every low end pocket gun which is what you buy. It is funny that you haven't complained before. When you buy big piles of guns as I do you have to take the low end guns with the nice ones. Try a nice gun you may like it. |

| Comments: Smooth deal.Good packing,UPS crushed the box but the good interior packing saved the gun from damage.Buyer beware!Pre-auction I sent an email question about rust I saw on the pictures.Seller said "those are just bad pictures, there is no rust or pitting on this gun."No pitting,BUT plenty of rust |

| Rebuttal: In my listing it said this gun had seen plenty of use but if there was any rust that is news to me. I still think it is a nice gun and would be glad to take it back. This is the first I heard of it. You can't please them all. |

| Comments: transaction went smooth and expedient, however this shotgun I felt was over rated and to much blueing was missing to be rated as nra good but i was planning to refinish it anyway. I would much rather know the true condition during the bidding. Overall an accepable deal. |

| Rebuttal: This is the first I have heard of it. I did have 2 guns going to the going to the same dealer on the same day so I shipped them in the same box. They were both wrapped well. As far as the hunting use, if you don't like it I will be glad to take it back, anytime. The pictures should tell the story. |

| Comments: Shotgun was advertised as an 11-48 but was a Sportsman 48, Fore-end did not appear to be a 20ga like the gun but from another gauge 12 or 16. Neither of these were mentioned in ad. Good communication after sale though. |
