| Comments: Before bidding I asked if all serial numbers matched, I was told they did. Upon receiving the gun all the serial numbers did not match and I returned the gun for a full refund less S & H. I should of gotten refunded for S & H as well since I had asked the question. |

| Rebuttal: He is correct. The serial # on the lock plate under the fore piece did not match. Upon return of the gun all monies including shipping were returned to him. 4/11/05. Due to improper packing, the case was damaged, resulting in a hold down strap being pulled out. In this case both parties lost. |

| Comments: Avoid this bidder. They never made payment. Claimed they did. Has no proof of payment being cashed. Expected me to ship anyways and blackmailed me to ship without payment with a threat of negative feedback. |

| Rebuttal: The U.S.Mail did not deliver the money order. It takes 90 days to get confirmation of non delivery. He is correct. He did not get our money. |
