| Comments: WARNING- This seller is a thief. Stole my money, and she never shipped the rifle. Gun Auction is culpable, as NO ONE FROM GUN AUCTION EVER RESPONDED TO MY REPEATED REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE. I have purchased hundreds of firearms through Gun Auction, but never again will I use their website. |

| Comments: Seller has cashed my post office money order payment over a month ago on this auction and item never arrived at FFL dealer nor did he provide any proof that my rifle was ever sent. This amount of time after an auction is completed and paid for and item not shipped is totally unacceptable.FRAUD |

| Comments: Complete scam.The serial number never matched the weapon he wanted to send. multiple serial numbers Were sent via pictures that never match the weapon finish or model. He says he built the gun but knew nothing about it. When I called him on it he kept using his budddy built it STAY AWAY! |
