| Comments: The transcation was smooth, no compliants. The seller listed in auction that rifle was unfired. Acutaully if was fired. Stock screw was all twisted as someone tried to open it up. |

| Rebuttal: The gun was purchased thru one of our gun distributors and is sold thru them as NEW. As far as being fired, ALL guns are test-fired at the factory or manufacturer. We stand behind ALL our auctions. If we knew of a problem with the gun, we would have taken the gun back and provided a FULL refund. |
