| Rebuttal: First he sends a check and then the FFL shows up with no signature. When I get a FFL that has been signed the gun was shipped. This guy wanted the gun shipped the day the check showed up. We send all correspondence through Auction arms so all responses are on record. He did not like that at all. |

| Comments: pistol was misrepresented. Dennis allowed me to retract bid BEFORE auction close after several cordial e mails then leaves a negative? I never refused to pay for the pistol. Deal with this individual at your own peril! |

| Rebuttal: Bidder did not pay for auction and made no offer to pay. All he had to say was I would get more for the gun if I just put the gun back up for Auction. If you do not pay for an auction after you Bid what is their to say. Dennis |
