| Rebuttal: This snafu was 100 % my fault for not handling the matter personally. Asked te seller to relist item and he did so and we properly completed the transaction after which he gave us a "positive" feedback. My thanks for his courtesy......Moral of this long, sad story ~ don't hire your wife's nephew ! |

| Rebuttal: I informed all concerned I would be away on vacation. This caused a long delay in posting FFL. Payment to be made separately by credit card. We dropped the ball ~ but the seller had our toll free number. If he had just called the matter could have been resolved immediately. |
